At Bitwell Tech, we are committed to delivering your BitwellBand safely and on time. This Shipping
Policy outlines the terms, timelines, and conditions for product delivery.
1. Shipping Timeline
- Shipping of BitwellBand units is expected to begin by the end of December 2025.
- Pre-order customers will receive priority shipping and will be among the first to receive their
devices.
- We will notify you via email and SMS once your order is ready for shipment.
2. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship to all locations across India.
- Delivery is available to addresses serviceable by our courier partners: Blue Dart,
Delhivery, or DTDC.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are not included in the product price and will be calculated
based on your delivery location.
- The exact shipping cost will be communicated to you before the final payment is collected.
- Shipping charges must be paid along with the remaining balance before your order is dispatched.
4. Delivery Time
- Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 7 days.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier partner's schedule.
- Remote or hard-to-reach areas may experience slight delays.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time on the
courier partner's website.
- We will also provide updates on the shipping status through SMS and email notifications.
6. Delivery Address
- You will be asked to provide your complete delivery address before the product is shipped.
- Please ensure that your address is accurate, complete, and includes a working phone number for
delivery coordination.
- The delivery address can be different from the billing address, and the recipient's name can be
different from the purchaser's name.
- Important: Once the product is shipped, the delivery address cannot be
changed.
- Ensure that the delivery address is serviceable by one of our courier partners (Blue Dart,
Delhivery, or DTDC).
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
- If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or
refusal to accept delivery, the package will be returned to us.
- In such cases, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to reattempt
delivery.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged During Shipping:
- If your BitwellBand arrives damaged, report it immediately within 3 hours of
delivery.
- Send an email to founders@bitwell.tech with your order details,
photos/videos of the damage, and packaging.
- We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
- You will need to return the damaged product to us. Return shipping will be covered by Bitwell
Tech.
Lost or Undelivered Packages:
- If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us immediately
at founders@bitwell.tech.
- We will investigate the issue with the courier partner and provide a resolution, including a
replacement if necessary.
9. Pre-Order Shipping Priority
- Customers who have completed their pre-order and paid the booking amount of ₹499 will receive
priority shipping.
- Pre-order customers will be notified first when shipping begins and will be among the first to
receive their devices.
10. Customs and Duties
As we currently ship only within India, there are no international customs or import duties
applicable. All prices include applicable domestic taxes unless otherwise stated.
11. Undeliverable Addresses
- If your address is not serviceable by our courier partners (Blue Dart, Delhivery, or DTDC), we
will notify you and request an alternate address.
- If no serviceable address is available, you may request a refund as per our Refund Policy.
12. Shipping Confirmation
Before shipping your order, we will:
- Send you an email requesting confirmation of your delivery address and contact details.
- Collect the remaining payment (₹5,500 + shipping charges).
- Provide you with an estimated delivery timeline.
Your order will only be dispatched once we receive confirmation and payment.
