At Bitwell Tech, we are committed to delivering your BitwellBand safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms, timelines, and conditions for product delivery.
1Shipping Timeline
- Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation.
- We will notify you via email and SMS once your order is ready for shipment.
2Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship to all locations across India.
- International shipping is not available at this time.

3Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are not included in the product price and will be calculated based on your delivery location.
- The exact shipping cost will be communicated to you before the final payment is collected.
- Shipping charges are collected at checkout along with the product price before your order is dispatched.
4Delivery Time
- Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 7 days.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier partner's schedule.
- Remote or hard-to-reach areas may experience slight delays.
5Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time on the courier partner's website.
- We will also provide updates on the shipping status through SMS and email notifications.
6Delivery Address
- You will be asked to provide your complete delivery address before the product is shipped.
- Please ensure that your address is accurate, complete, and includes a working phone number for delivery coordination.
- The delivery address can be different from the billing address, and the recipient's name can be different from the purchaser's name.
- Important: Once the product is shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
7Failed Delivery Attempts
- If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, the package will be returned to us.
- In such cases, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to reattempt delivery.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
8Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged During Shipping
- If your BitwellBand arrives damaged, report it immediately within 3 hours of delivery.
- Send an email to founders@bitwell.tech with your order details, photos/videos of the damage, and packaging.
- We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
- You will need to return the damaged product to us. Return shipping will be covered by Bitwell Tech.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
- If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us immediately at founders@bitwell.tech.
- We will investigate the issue with the courier partner and provide a resolution, including a replacement if necessary.
9Undeliverable Addresses
- If your address is not serviceable by our courier partners (Blue Dart, Delhivery, or DTDC), we will notify you and request an alternate address.
- If no serviceable address is available, you may request a refund as per our Refund Policy.
10Shipping Confirmation
Before shipping your order, we will:
- Send you an email requesting confirmation of your delivery address and contact details.
- Provide you with an estimated delivery timeline.
Your order will only be dispatched once we receive address confirmation.
